AgapeFamily.com, the PSAT, and where the heck is Google?

Woohoo! AgapeFamily.com is just about ready for next week’s beta test. Check it out! Please try the sign-up process - this is supposed to be a limited beta test, though, so if you’re not an official beta tester, you won’t have 100% access to features as they’re added. I’m really excited, though, about how well (and how rapidly) development has gone. God has had His hand on this project, for sure.

Meanwhile, if this isn’t hair-splitting, I don’t know what is… Technically, yes, “Toni Morrison” is an adjective in the phrase “Toni Morrison’s genius,” but this is just silly. As Churchill said, “Ending sentences with prepositions is the kind of nonsense up with which I will not put.” A good dose of verbal liberality is in order, every now and then…

So, where the heck is Google? Googlebot hasn’t updated its cache or ranking for the Topsail Consulting website in almost two months, and this one in even longer… It seems to have been flummoxed by the old flash-test and redirect page, and it screwed up the PageRank™ and link popularity. Dang it.

Well, not much else is new. I’m having a good week, all around. Things are better than usual, spiritually, too. I’m about to finish my fifth read-through of the Bible (I should finish the Old Testament tonight or tomorrow), and I feel like I’m coming away with a lot of new understanding. It didn’t feel like that while I was reading, though - it felt stale and too familiar, even though I knew I was growing.

I’m getting off of this computer!
