Against my better judgment, I just saw “Matrix Reloaded.” With apologies to sincere Matrix fans, that was a terrible movie. Aside from the fact that (like its predecessor) it bored me to tears, or the fact that it was pagan (the “temple” and the “prayers” involved center around mankind, with the priest serving as a “Counselor”), or the fact that it hacked me off and cost $20 to do it, I nearly walked out twice. I decided, instead, to look away for a couple moments and stay, to try to gauge the impact on our culture that movies like that have… It was a mistake and a waste of time. I should have left. Bad movie. Don’t waste your money or the brain cells. I feel like I need a shower…
