A Thought on Iraq

From PhonyKerry.com

To any undecided voters or voters opposed to our actions in Iraq: don’t forget that, from 1992, when the U.S. established no-fly zones, until the 2003 invasion, Saddam Hussein’s military fired daily on non-hostile U.S. aircrews. Even when we destroyed the missile and gun sites in question, often destroying additional sites as a warning, Saddam continued to move more weapons into the ground below the no-fly zones, in order to attack American and Coalition forces. The Clinton-era policy of containment was not keeping Hussein from threatening Americans; it simply limited the range of the threat, for a short period.

Just a thought.
