Windows XP Pro SP2 Hibernation Problems (Update)

I’ve mentioned before the nasty problem of having “too much” memory, when running a Windows XP laptop. Well, I finally gave up and pulled 512 MB out of mine, at least for the moment. I had resolved to install Linux, but realized there are, indeed, a few programs I still care about but hadn’t found work-arounds for. So, I didn’t have time to make the switch properly. Instead, I have a $209 paperweight with pretty little bits of circuitry on it.

I do wish Microsoft would get its act together…
