Question of the day: does the National Do Not Call Registry work, at all? Does the FCC care?

For a month, now, I have been getting a minimum of 1 phone call per day (often more) from Sage Telecom, whatever that is, despite being in the NDNCR, asking Sage (five times, now!) to take me off their lists, and reporting this flagrant abuse to the FCC. I don’t think the FCC cares.

Anybody out there dealt with unsolicited phone calls, successfully?
