What are they doing out there?

I just got this from the University of Texas at Austin’s Office of Student Financial Services:

Edward Cottrell

The Office of Student Financial Services has received your 2005-06 FAFSA application data electronically from the US Department of Education. However, we cannot process your application because you are not currently admitted for the year for which you are applying for aid at the University of Texas at Austin.

I filed that FAFSA 1 year ago and withdrew my application from UT not long after. Wow. Well, at least the athletic department stopped sending me junk…
