Obama has never had a paygrade.

His paygrade is nothing.

That he aspires to be Commander in Chief is even more ludicrous.

Had he been honest in his response to this question he would have said he believes human rights confer after birth.

That is unless the human whose rights are in question was born alive as a result of a botched abortion.

In that case Obama believes that those humans can be left to die.
