Review of Super System by Doyle Brunson

Super System

This is the system that Doyle Brunson, World Champion and long-time pro developed and plays with. A must-read for any serious poker player. It was written in 1978, so some of the information (primarily which forms of poker are most popular and definitions of certain terms) is dated, but the strategies are as valid as ever.

In addition to Texas Hold 'Em, Seven Card Stud, and Five Card Draw, several other games receive extensive attention. The book will teach you how to manage a bankroll, how to manage table image, how to read players, how to keep your opponents on the defensive, and more.
