Thank You, DMV!

I got a ticket for having an expired vehicle registration, last week. At first, I was mad at the City of Chicago for getting it wrong – the bill I received from the State of North Carolina clearly shows that my registration expires on September 15, 2008. Then I checked with the North Carolina DMV.
