Horn Morons

There are people in Hyde Park who, apparently, think most of the neighborhood’s residents are hard of hearing. Every couple of days, somebody stops a car on one of the streets near Regents and starts hitting the horn – three long honks, once a minute or so, for about an hour and a half. Non-freaking-stop.
